Information on the processing of personal data of users who consult the website of the company Marina di Olbia S.r.l. pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 ("Privacy Code") and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

This document ("Privacy Policy") is intended to provide information on the processing of information - relating to users who use the services accessible from the web address www.marinadiolbia.it ("Site") - by the Società Marina di Olbia di Milano (hereinafter also "Company") and/or other parties identified for the purposes indicated below.

Types of data and purposes of processing

 

Below is the information that the Company may process through the Site, within the limits of the purposes and methods described in this Policy, and which may be considered as personal data ("Personal Data") within the meaning of the Applicable Regulations.

 

In particular:

 

(i) Browsing Data

 

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Site acquire, during their normal operation, some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified subjects, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

 

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and computer environment of the user. These data are used for the sole purpose of checking the correct functioning of the Site.

 

(ii) Data provided voluntarily by you

 

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this Site involves the subsequent acquisition of the e-mail address and any other Personal Data included in the electronic communication, as well as the data of the sender/user, necessary to respond to requests or to provide the service. Specific information, also synthetic, will be provided for particular services.

 

Methods of treatment

 

The processing of Personal Data will be carried out by means of manual, computerised or telematic instruments, suitable to guarantee security and confidentiality and will be carried out by personnel duly instructed in compliance with the Applicable Regulations.

Recipients of data

 

The personal data collected are also processed by the Company's personnel, who act on the basis of specific instructions provided regarding the purposes and methods of processing.

 

The data collected following consultation of the site are addressed to persons designated by the Company, pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulation, as data processors.

 

The information may also be communicated whenever the communication may be necessary to comply with requests from the Judicial or Public Security Authorities. The Personal Data collected will in no case be disclosed.

 

Period of data retention (criteria of determination)

 

Except for Personal Data provided voluntarily by the user and for which specific information will be made available, information relating to navigation will be kept for a maximum of three months after collection and subsequently made anonymous for the statistical purposes of the pages viewed; except in the case where it must be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of computer crimes against the Site: in this case, the information will be kept at the disposal of the Authority for the time necessary to guarantee the Company the exercise of its rights of defence.

 

Rights of the interested parties

 

The interested parties have the right to obtain from the Company, in the cases provided for, access to their personal data and the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the treatment that concerns them or to oppose the treatment (Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation). The Company reminds that, if the response to the request cannot be considered satisfactory, the user may contact and lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (www.garanteprivacy.it) in the manner provided for by the Applicable Regulations.
