During a significant opening ceremony last 23rd of May, the first tourist port of the city was inaugurated and is now operational.  The symbolic and spectacular ribbon cutting ceremony celebrated the opening of this new facility.  Nautical companies, business associations, central and local institutional representatives, yachtsmen, sailing fans and journalists attended the grand opening.
