Two residential complexes will rise by 2010 on the new tourist port: Il Faro (The Lighthouse), in a scenic position a few metres away from the quayside, and Il Molo (The Jetty), more in the back, with a view on the Gulf of Olbia. There is a wide and varied range of apartment availability, with sizes from 50 to 200 square metres. All residences will feature welcoming and enjoyable outdoor areas, such as terraces, loggias or verandas, the vast majority of which made even more precious by overlooking the port and the gulf, with the beautiful island of Tavolara in the background.
